Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) are common, especially during hotel re-licensing, and often involve extensive upgrades like parking lot repairs, FF&E, and refurbishments. In addition to PIPs, we specializes in Construction Coordination for new hotel developments. This includes identifying the ideal customer base, brand selection, financial modeling, and coordinating with planners, architects, and engineers. The company also manages construction budgets, hotel systems design (e.g., PMS, POS, communications), and expertise in restaurant, kitchen, bar, and laundry design. Commonwealth handles FF&E budgets, pre-opening sales, marketing, staff recruitment, training, and furniture installation to ensure successful hotel launches.
