At Commonwealth Hotels we also provide Purchasing Services, working closely with designers and architects to specify, purchase, and install FF&E for both new constructions and refurbishments. With experience furnishing, opening, and refurbishing over two dozen hotels, Commonwealth partners with suppliers and construction managers to ensure cost-effective capital use, minimal operational disruption, and timely project completion.
