Management Contracts
Commonwealth Hotels is focused on growth through the management, development and purchase of quality hotels in key market areas throughout North America. We have gained this reputation by being true to our mission statement of providing quality products and services to our guests through attention to detail, integrity, pride and intensity in all we do.
Our strategic plan calls for continued growth through performance based management contracts, joint ventures, equity partnerships and the purchase of quality assets in key markets. We plan to execute this strategy by growing our portfolio of upscale select service and full service hotels.
Management Contracts: We deliver superior results to our hotel owners and are actively developing third party, performance based management relationships with owners of quality properties who share our operating philosophy. We are so confident in our ability to deliver results that we are willing to structure performance based agreements in order to demonstrate the results we produce.
Equity Partnerships: Commonwealth Hotels is an owner and manager, and is willing to make sliver equity investments in the properties we will manage, based on certain return criteria. We are interested in strategic partnerships with well-located, targeted properties that are in development, are currently market leaders or that can be market leaders with repositioning and/or re-branding.
Repositioning: In addition to operating award winning hotels in the Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt brands, we have established strong relationships with other brands as part of our strategic growth plan. As hotels enter our portfolio, we are prepared to evaluate current performance and position the property to achieve the highest level of success possible. Much of Commonwealth Hotels' experience involves positioning and developing properties. Many of our properties have been new builds. As such, we are required to take a dream and turn it into an effective operating business. We can do the same with existing properties, and are not afraid to seek out hotels in solid markets that have not reached their full potential, and help our partners achieve the success they deserve.
